Squeeze & Sweetcorn Pancakes | Primula
This cheese and sweetcorn pancake recipe is especially good if you’re like us and prefer the savoury option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 200ml milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small tin of sweetcorn, drained well
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- ½ tube of of your favourite Primula Cheese, cold
- 25g Primula Cheese
