- 150 g Pistachio
- 220 g Candied orange peels, diced
- 100 g Dried apricot, chopped (optional)
- 40 g Crystallized ginger (optional)
- 50 g Wafer paper sheets
- Sugar-starch mixture
- 30 g Cornstarch
- 20 g Powdered sugar
- 10 g Nut Paste (Gianduja )
