Peach and Apricot Tart Recipe

Ingredients

• Dough:
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup half and half, or less, as required
• Filling:
• 3 cups peaches - skins removed, pitted and coarsely chopped
• 3 cups pitted, quartered apricots
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
• Confectioner's sugar
