Malaysian Prawns | My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 kg prawns / I used black tiger
• 2 blobs garlic butter
• 7 to 8 freshly chopped garlic cloves
• Green chillies
• Green dill a nice handful ( this is what gives the flavour)
• Freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon portueguese spice
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 5 tablespoon Minnie's portueguese peri peri sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• ¼ cup water
