Ingredients

• 2 cups spinach rinsed extremely well in cold water -- st
• 6 strips Bacon
• 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 4 Eggs hard boiled
• 5 small tomatoes quartered
• 10 white mushrooms fresh (uncooked, raw) and sliced thinly
• 0.5 red onion sliced very thin, lengthwise
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt or amount to taste
• 1 Black Pepper freshly ground
