• ⅓ c. prepared salsa
• 8 flour tortillas (7-inch)
• ½ c. (2 oz.) shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
• ¾ c. shredded iceberg lettuce
• ⅓ c. diced tomato
• 2 tbsp. chopped red onion
• Jalapeño peppers, optional
