Shakshuka with Cream Cheese | Puck

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp oil
• 6 tbsp Puck® Cream Cheese Spread
• 6 tbsp Puck® Cream Cheese Spread - Vitamin D (Recommended substitute product)
• 1 Medium onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Green Bell pepper, finely diced
• 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp smoked paprika (this will add a nice smoky flavor)
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 5 eggs
• fresh coriander
• chillies, sliced
