• ½ Orange Pepper
• ¼ - ½ Red Onion (depending on size)
• 1 tbsp. Cholula
• ½ tbsp. Minced Garlic
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• ¼ cup White Wine
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp. Jerk Seasoning
• 4 oz. Parmesan Cheese
• Salt to taste
