• 8 to 10 Chicken Thighs (or Drumsticks or Breasts)
• 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup White Rum
• 3 tbsp White Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Dried Thyme
• 1/4 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
• 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 3 tsp Garam Masala Powder
