Ingredients

• 4 boneless chicken breasts, boil until cooked through, cut into bite size pieces and save broth
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can Redpack Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 28 oz
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 10 corn tortillas
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
