Tomatoes on toast – Rafi's Spicebox

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp Panch Pooran
• 6 fresh curry leaves
• 1-2 cloves of garlic (finely sliced)
• 6 tomatoes (cut into chunks)
• Squeeze of lemon
• 4 thick slices of toast
• Coriander (to garnish)
• Salt to taste
