The perfect cake for teatime
Ingredients
- For the loaf:
- 125g Greek yoghurt
- 50ml sunflower oil
- Zest of 3 limes
- 3 eggs
- 60ml honey
- Half-tbsp rosewater
- 40g caster sugar
- 200g self-raising flour
- For the syrup:
- Juice 1 lime
- 50ml water
- 35ml honey
- For the icing drizzle:
- 200g icing sugar
- Half to 1tbsp rosewater
- 1-2tbsp lime juice
- 20g pistachios, roughly chopped
- 5 or 6 dried rose petals (optional)
