OUR FAMILY'S FAVORITE PUMPKIN PIE - MY HAPPY PLACE

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour cups flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 Tbs sugar
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 sticks butter, cold
• 1/4-1/2 cup ice water
• 1 15 oz can pumkin
• 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust ((bake a little))
