• 3 tbsp Bourbon
• For the crust:
• 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 stick (8 Tbsp) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
• ¼ cup ice-cold water
• For the filling:
• 3 cups pecans
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• ⅔ cup light corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• ½ tsp salt
• For serving:
