- 45g aquafaba (scant 3 tbsps)
- 275g icing sugar
- 2 tsp maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Gel food colouring in red, yellow, green, chestnut brown and dark brown
