- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Castor sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 5 Kiwi fruit
- 1/3 cup Candied Pomelo ( chopped )
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Castor sugar
- 2 Egg whites
