• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup unbleached white flour
• 1/2 cup spelt flour
• 1 teas baking powder
• 1/2 teas salt
• 1 teas cinnamon
• 1/4 cup yogurt
• 1 large apple peeled and grated
• 2 large stalks rhubarb, chopped(2 to 2 1/2 cups)
