Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup homemade breadcrumbs. Or you can use shop bought.
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 1 egg, beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 tin of tuna drained weight 110 gms approx
- 100/150 gms cooked salmon or cod or trout.
- 1 1/2 cup cooked green beans, broccoli, broad beans.
- 1 cup of boiled potatoes. chopped up.
- 4/5 tbsp rapeseed oil
