• 2 heaped tablespoons of butter
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
• 80 ml (1/3 cup) of aged brandy
• 80 ml (1/3 cup) of port wine
• Chopped parsley
• 1 flat teaspoon of paprika
• Chili pepper to taste
