Ingredients

• 4 - 6 T soft butter
• 2 + Cups pecan halves
• 3/4 Cup dark brown sugar
• 1.5 tsp vanilla
• 1.5 T maple syrup
• 2 pie crusts
• 4-6 Apples, try to use at least 2 varieties
• 1 Cup orange juice + 1 Cup water - mixed
• 1 Cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup golden raisins
• 2-3 T sugar
• 4 T flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• pinch each of nutmeg, ginger and ground clove.
• 1 egg - beaten
