  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 1 c pumpkin
  • 2 c Jiffy baking mix
  • 1/3 c chopped walnuts, if desired
  • Spread:
  • 4 oz low fat cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 c pumpkin
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
