Fiesta Cole Slaw - High Desert Farmers Market

Ingredients

• 2 cups green Cabbage, shredded
• 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
• 2 Carrots, finely chopped
• 1 white onion chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 bunch radishes, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, small dice
• 1 Jalepeno or serrano chili, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 limes, juiced and some zest is good too
• 1 cup Greek yogurt, or more if desired. Or Mayonaise if preferred
• 1 tbsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp ground garlic
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Season salt
• ½ tsp Oregano
• ½ tsp black pepper
• dash of cayenne pepper
