A tomato based sauce with chilli, warming paprika and sweet honey flavours that can be used in pasta

Ingredients

• 350g passata
• 3tbs clear honey
• 1tbs rice vinegar
• 2tbs tomato puree paste
• 1tbs coconut aminos
• 1tsp fish sauce
• 1/2tsp Steenbergs traditional sea salt
• 3/4 tsp Steenbergs organic smoked paprika- add more to taste
• 1/2 tsp Steenbergs organic chilli powder- add more to taste
• 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4tsp Steenbergs organic cayenne pepper - add more to taste
• 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Steenbergs organic onion powder
• 1/4 tsp Steenbergs organic ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp Steenbergs organic cracked black pepper
