Ingredients

• 1 x Roll Puff Pastry (Used the 'Today' one)
• 1 large onion (finely chopped)
• 500g mushroom (finely chopped)
• ½ green pepper (finely chopped)
• 2 x finely sliced chillies
• salt to taste
• ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 250ml fresh cream
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 500ml milk
