• 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise and horizontally
• 1 cup prepared pesto
• 8 oz. mozzarella, cut into slices
• 1 container cocktail tomatoes, sliced
• 1/2 cup marinated artichokes, drained
• 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
