• 1 1/2 cups unpared zucchini, cut into quarters and thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup prepared biscuit mix
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1/4 teaspoon basil
• 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• Dash white pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/4 cup salad oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
