Baked Spaghetti and Meat Sauce with Gooey Cheese Topping - Calgary Co-op

Ingredients

• 3/4 lbs spaghetti noodles (before cooking)
• 1 lb lean ground chuck
• 1 medium white onion, diced
• 1 1/2 cups Founders & Farmers tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup Cal & Gary's olive oil
• 3 gloves garlic
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1-2 sprigs fresh basil, picked and chopped
• 1-2 sprigs fresh oregano, picked and chopped
• 1/2 a bunch fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 3/4 lbs bocconcini (or mozzarella)
