Chicken Akni recipe by Aqueelah Hadia

Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup yogurt
• ¼ cup sour milk
• 1 handful crushed fine onions
• 1 teaspoon mother in laws masala
• 2 tablespoon ginger garlic
• 1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 ½ heap teaspoon chillie powder
• 1 squeezed lemon
• 2 grated tomatoes
• 2 whole green chilies
• ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 3 whole Elachi (cardomom)
• ½ star seed
• A few curry leaves
• A little chopped
