Chicken Akhni recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• Add in 1 kg washed and drained chicken pieces
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 2 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food memon akhni masala
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes
• 6 potatoes ½Ed & fried
• 2 cups water
• Add in 2½ cups washed basmati rice
