• 1 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water
• 1 1/2 cup of ricotta
• 1/4 cup parmesan, plus more for topping
• 1 lemon
• 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• black pepper
• 2-3 cups arugula
