Name: Creamy Red Pepper Soup –
Ingredients: 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil; 2 tbsp Butter, melted; 1 large Onion, sliced finely; 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed; 2 large Carrots, finely chopped; 2 tbsp Tomato Puree; 6 Tomatoes, chopped; 2 Red Peppers, deseeded and cubed; Pinch of Chilli Flakes; 1 tsp dry Oregano; 700ml Vegetable Stock; 1 tsp Sugar; 1/2 tsp Salt; 24.5fl. oz Vegetable Stock; Step 1 Put all the ingredients into the soup maker, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.; Step 2 Season well and serve.
