Mike Kerslake's Deviled Eggs - Dizzy Pig Craft Seasonings
Mike Kerslake thinks that nothing beats a smoked deviled egg on a summer buffet table. Here are some ideas I've been working on.
Ingredients
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Dizzy Pig® Dizzy Dust
- 2 light tablespoons Mayo or Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dizzy Pig® Jamaican Firewalk
- 1/2 stalk of scallion (green onion) white and green parts okay
- 1-2 oz grilled chicken, seasoned with Jamaican Firewalk seasoning and shredded
- 1 teaspoon Dizzy Pig® Tsunami Spin seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon Dizzy Pig® Raging River seasoning
- 2 light tablespoon mayo or Miracle Whip style salad dressing
- Grilled pineapple and grilled ham steak
