Ingredients

• 2 each Ancho and guajillo chilies
• 1 Avocado (sliced)
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 cup Black beans
• 2 cups Chicken stock
• 1 bunch Cilantro
• 1 Sprinkle Cojita Cheese (for topping)
• 1 cup Corn kernals
• 1 can (14oz) Crushed tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon Cumin
• 3 cloves Garlic
• Hickory Chunks (for smoking)
• 1 Jalapeno
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 1 teaspoon Oregano
• 3 cups Pulled Pork (perfect for leftovers!)
• 1 tablespoon Sour Cream (topping)
• 12 Tortillas
• 1 cup Zucchini or squash
