Vanilla Bourbon Cherry Pie - Nordic Ware

Ingredients

• Pie Crust:
• 4 cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1½ cups shortening
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 egg
• Filling:
• 9 cups fresh, pitted tart cherries (if using frozen, do not thaw)
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/3 cup instant tapioca
• 2 Tbsp Bourbon
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp butter
