Ingredients

• 1 pie shell. (Pre-made is fine)
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter.
• 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate.
• 3 large eggs.
• 1 cup sugar.
• 3/4 cup corn syrup. (Light or dark. whatever you have on hand)
• 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract.
• 3 tbsp bourbon.
• 1/4 tsp. kosher salt.
• 2 1/4 cups walnut halves.
