Ingredients

• 1 head garlic, roasted
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 cups onions (medium diced)
• 2 shallots (diced)
• 2 tablespoons garam masala
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 adobo chipotle pepper (or 2 for more spice)
• Juice of one lime
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1 can black beans
• 1 jar Grady’s Garden Chunky Pasta Sauce
