- 4 oz ground almond
- 4 oz plain dark chocolate - melted
- TOPPING:
- ½ pt thick cream “ whipped to soft peaks
- 1 tbsp rum or brandy
- cake crumbs from extra base cake
- ICING:
- 1 tbsp black coffee
- ¼ oz butter - softened
