- 500ml of milk
- 50g of ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tbsp of golden caster sugar
- 250ml of cream
- 8 tbsp of of our Apricot Jam
- 1 tbsp of of roasted, slivered almonds
- 1 of bay leaf
- 1 Jar of Folláin Apricot Jam
