- 1 cup Water spring or filtered with minerals (to mix with starter culture)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 small onion
- 2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- ⅓ cup apple juice (or other fruit juice)
- filtered or spring water with minerals
- 1 Half Gallon Jar (optional)
