Ingredients

• 4½ tsp ground allspice
• 1 tbsp ground black pepper
• 4½ tsp cardamom
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1½ tsp ground cloves
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 1½ tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp lime zest (or orange zest)
• 1 tbsp ground turmeric
