Ingredients

• fresh pumpkin puree equal to 3 and 1/2 cups (see note)
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon plus 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Cornstarch
• pinch of salt
• 2 cups soy milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 prepared gingerbread cake, crumbled (see recipe)
• Kineret Non-Dairy Whipped Topping Spray
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons molasses
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups Glicks Flour
• 1 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 cup soy milk
