• 1 lb ground pork
• 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 medium sweet onion, diced
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp parsley

• 2 tbps flour
• 4 cups of chicken broth
• 250 ml tomato sauce
• 2 (9 oz) packages of 3 cheese tortellini
• 1/2 cup cream
• 2 tbps sugar
