Southern Pea Salad - Faxo

Ingredients

• 16 oz. frozen sweet peas, thawed
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, plus 1 more, sliced for garnish
• 4 - 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (or 1 c. cooked and chopped ham)
• 1/2 c. chopped green onions
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 t. black pepper
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/4 t. garlic powder
• 1/2 t. celery seeds (or 1/2 c. chopped celery)
• dash cayenne pepper, optional
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. sour cream
