• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 400 g cabbage, finely chopped
• 200 g boiled bacon loin, finely chopped
• 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 kg mashed potato
• Salt and black pepper

• 80 ml milk
• 120 g plain flour
• 120 g dried breadcrumbs
