Ingredients

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 package (8 ounces) sliced cremini or button mushrooms (about 3 cups)
• 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 ounces Asiago cheese, grated (1 cup)
• Shaved Asiago cheese (for garnish)
