• ½ cup onion, small diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 large tomato, small diced
• 1 12-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed
• 1 small head radicchio, thinly sliced
• 1 small fennel bulb, cleaned and thinly sliced
