SZECHUAN SOUP *COOK WITH FAIZA*

Ingredients

• boneless chicken 1/2 cup (cut in thin strips)
• beef mince 1/2 cup
• shrimps 10
• mushrooms 8 (finely chopped)
• vinegar 3 tbsp
• dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
• Szechuan chilli sauce 3 tbsp
• salt 1 tsp
• black pepper powder 1 tsp
• spring onion (leaves) 3 tbsp
• egg 1
• corn flour 3 tbsp mixed with water
• coriander 3 tbsp or parsley
• chicken stock 9 cups or(mix 9 cups of hot water with 2 chicken cubes)
