• 2 cups Baby spinach roughly chopped
• 1 Leek cut into small pieces
• 1 tablespoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
• 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) pounded
• Coriander (Dhania) Leaves small bunch, roughly chopped
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
