Hot Cross Buns filled with a mixture of our creamy Mascarpone, espresso and raspberries. A delicious Tiramisu inspired, Hot Cross Bun Cake.
Ingredients
- 2 x 250g tubs Mascarpone
- 10 individual hot cross buns
- 300ml thickened cream
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 80ml espresso (cold)
- 250g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 100g dark or milk chocolate
- 50ml milk
- handful of speckled milk chocolate eggs, for decoration
