- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 100 Grams Chorizo ((I used half a chorizo spicy sausage) )
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Red pepper
- 250 Grams Long grain rice
- 350 ml Chicken stock
- 400 Grams Chopped tinned tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Cloves of garlic
